Arnold Spicer

Spicer, Arnold, age 83, of Middletown, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Garden Manor Retirement Village. He was born March 7, 1934 in Altro, KY to John and Lula (Combs) Spicer. He worked in maintenance for Inland Container for 55 years. Arnold is a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Knights of Pythias and Loyal Order of the Moose #501. Arnold is survived by his children, Sharon Carroll, Gina Cresong, John (Tamela) Spicer, Lori (Jeff) Batdorf; grandchildren, Josh Dalton, Amanda Dalton, Ashley (Daniel) Hoit, Taylor (Jon) Kugel, Nick Spicer; great-grandchildren, Jackson Anderson, Zachary Dalton, Aubrey Breedlove, Aiden Breedlove; siblings, Lola Turner, Riggs Spicer, Bobby Spicer. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty Jean (Berry) Spicer; brothers, Raymond, Troy, Al, Clint and Lloyd; sisters, Mattie, Atha, Midge. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2:00-5:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Lamar Ferrell officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
