Charlotte Reed

Reed, Charlotte, 86 of Middletown passed away on Saturday, February 18th at her residence. She was born on July 31, 1930 in Middletown to Orville & Ila Mae (Helton) Sorrell. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother and attended the Lewis Street Praise and Worship Center. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Kenneth Reed; her daughters, Aleta Hoddinott, Deborah Blankenship, Phyllis (David) Smith, Beverly (Max) Dillow and Kimberly (Jeff) Stipe; her son, Kenneth Reed II; 6 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; Brother, Gene Sorrell and sisters, Amanda Wehr and Dorothy Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mildred Dennis and brother, John Sorrell. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 21st from 5-8:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home and again on Wednesday from 10-11:00 am at the funeral home also with a Celebration of Life Services to follow at 11:00 am with Pastors George Hale and Don Shepherd officiating.
