Dona Day

Day, Dona, age 53, of Middletown, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 in Cincinnati, OH. She was born July 25, 1963 in Middletown, OH to Donald and Joyce (Stapleton) Day. She worked in the Energy Department for A/K Steel for 17 years. Dona was a member of Moose #501 and was a volunteer for Atrium Medical Center. She was an avid Reds fan, who never missed a game. She had a contagious laugh and a zest for life and her family and friends will deeply miss her. Dona is survived by her daughters, Shannon (Josh) Abney, Paige King; granddaughter, Brooklyn Abney; sister, Lori (Dan) Dickerson; brother, Brian (Angie) Day; mother, Joyce Day; niece; Brandy Fisher; nephew, Kyle Day. She is preceded in death by her father; nephew, Dusty Fisher. A Receiving of Friends and Family will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005 with a service to follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
