Helen Louise McIntosh

McIntosh, Helen Louise, age 77, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Hospice of Butler and Warren County. She was born July 17, 1940 in Middletown, OH to John Cundiff and Elnora (O’Neill) Wall. She was a homemaker. Helen is survived by her son, Robert Joseph (Tabitha) Shipp; daughters, Nancy (Robert) Dunn, Brenda (Michael) Lainhart; grandchildren, Michael Brandon (Vicki) Lainhart, Nicole Lainhart, Lisa York, April (Bob) Fry, Sabrina (Joe) Neal, Shandon Shipp, Creoe Williams, Sabrena Williams; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronald, James, Lynn Wall; Gerald O’Neill; sisters, Mary (Louie) Profitt, Linda (Ronald) Harden. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilburn McIntosh; step-father, Charles H. Wall; sister, Doris M. Wall; brother, Donald Wall. Visitation will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
