So much left unsaid. You are a great man who could brighten my day with one joke and some silly line. You are so quick witted and genuine in your words. You will be missed. I will never forget the moments we spent together and the conversations we had. I'm so sorry we didn't get to have a final conversation. Gone too soon, always in our hearts. Thank you for being you. ❤️

Jake is the kind of person who can lighten the mood of a room by just walking in. He was my partner in the Orthopedic rooms and is still with me when I struggle. His shopping cart dance was the funniest thing to me and when I was beating myself up he would do it to get me to laugh and relax. He always spoke up for what was right even in the face of being belittled. He is a great surgical tech, friend, and human being. I looked forward to seeing him on his Facebook post and through messages. Altho he is gone he will NEVER BE forgotten. Rest well my friend.
