Larry Gene Ratliff

Ratliff, Larry Gene, passed away on September 19, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital after complications from a lengthy illness. He was the devoted husband of Annerose (Schank) Ratliff. They shared 53 years of marriage. Larry was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 16, 1943 to Monnie and Ray Ratliff. He graduated from Middletown High School in 1961. He loved his Country and served in the United States Army stationed in Germany where he met and married his wife. He was a dedicated employee of Square D for 35 years. Larry will be remembered as a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and friend who loved sports, history, building model cars and especially his Family. He is survived by his Wife Annerose Ratliff of Middletown, Ohio, Daughter, Jennie (Larry Franklin) Creekbaum; Granddaughter Samantha, Grandson Beau; Daughter- in- Law Kim Ratliff; Grandchildren, Sergei (Daria), Sasha, Nadia; Great Grandson David and Great Granddaughter Alena; Brother Richard (Myrtle) Ratliff and family and Brother Gerald Ratliff; many nieces, nephews, Sisters–in-law, Cousins, Brothers-in-law both in the United States and Germany and a special friend Fred Greenfield. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved Son Robert Ratliff and his Sister Donna Barker. A Gathering of close Family and Friends will be held at a later date.
