Rebecca Wampler

Wampler, Rebecca “Peggy”, age 96, of Middletown, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at Pristine Assisted Living. She was born April 19, 1921 in Hazel Green, KY to Dewey and Bessie (Dalton) Moore. She was a homemaker. Peggy is survived by son, Robert “Bob” (Faye) Temple; daughter, Carole Sue Nickel; grandchildren, Carla Petry, Clifford Crutchfield, Tracy Schindler and Tricia Lentz; 10 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl l. Wampler; sister, Marie Deaton; grandchildren, Michael Eugene Crutchfield and Robert L. Temple Jr.; great-great-grandson, Colton Lee Petry. Visitation will be held Friday, October 6, 2017 from 11:00-1:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Jerry Minor officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
