Terry Lee Slusher

Slusher, Terry L. “Slush”, age 71, went to be with Jesus, May 27, 2017 at Garden Manor Retirement Community. He was born July 7, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN. He was a member of GracePointe of the Nazarene Church. Terry loved country music, 4-wheeling, gardening, hunting, fishing and loving every day. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carolyn Slusher of Trenton, OH; 2 sons; daughter, Terri Lynn Slusher of Trenton, OH; brothers, Irvin (Shelly) Gilmer and Wayne Gilmer both of New York; sisters, Sue (Greg) Guarino and Peggy Orsi both of New York; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Vernon and Alieen (Gillen) Slusher; his biological parents and brothers, Jerry Conley and Billy Gilmer. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. The Celebration of life will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Jon Young and Minister of Visitation, Don Stahl officiating.
