Adrianna May "Annie" McGovern

Adrianna May “Annie” McGovern, age 84, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born May 13, 1938 in Muskegon, Michigan to Henry and Nellie (DeRuiter) Wagenmaker. She graduated from Muskegon Christian High School and attended Muskegon Business College. Annie loved to sing and play piano and organ. She was a sports buff; enjoyed watching football, NASCAR, and the Cincinnati Reds. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed. Annie is survived by her children, Kathy (Tony) Schumacher, Carla Bechtel, Craig (Jenny) Bogan, Cassie (Walt) Major; grandchildren, Luke (Leah) Townsend, Jake (Tonya) Townsend, Jessica Ray, Erin Schumacher, Megan (Josh) Click, Caitlin Huckfeldt, Christopher (Jessica) Bogan, Christina (Chris) Stine, Michael (Jordan) Major, Kristin (Kyle) Crosthwaite, Eric Major; 31 great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law, Marilyn Wagenmaker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Terry McGovern; parents; grandson, Shawn Bechtel, and brothers, Henry Lee and William Wagenmaker. A Visitation will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the funeral home at 6:00 PM with Jerry Minor officiating. Memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association, in memory of Adrianna.
