Albert “Tuder” “Big Bucks” Staton, age 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 28, 2021. He was born to the late Herbert and Florence Staton on December 13, 1945 in Middletown, Ohio. Tuder was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandpa and soon to be great grandpa. Tuder loved traveling to Dale Hollow Lake, fishing, tubing and sitting at the cliffs with his grandboys. He also loved to drag race with his brothers. Tuder retired from General Motors after 41 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Shirley Staton; two daughters Fran (Ryan) Harlow and Niki (Todd) Svarda; four grandsons Jake (Abby) Turner, Derek Hawkins, Nick Svarda and Cameron Svarda; two granddaughters Holly Heinkelein and Emme Nolan; four sisters Joanne (Ron) Prince, Connie (Buck) Blevins, Kaye Staton and Faye Baker; father-in-law Russel Robinson; his beloved dogs Prissy and Maggie along with special friends Jimbo Spicer, Dave Lykins and Jim (Gloria) Fritz. He was preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law Patricia Tillman Robinson; father-in-law Jesse Tillman; three brothers Bob Staton, Booney Staton and Mike Staton; sister Linda Sue Staton and his dog TJ. A visitation will be held at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave Middletown, Ohio 45005 on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 5:00pm-8:00pm with a funeral service to follow on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 11:00am. Entombment will take place at Woodside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of Butler and Warren County.
