Allan Lee Rose, 59, of Franklin passed away at Atrium Medical Center on Saturday, April 6, 2019. He was born on December 25, 1959 in Middletown to Leeroy and Ella Mae (Lane) Rose. He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 ½ years, Lora (Brown) Rose; his children Allen (Davena Powell) Rose and Michele (Adam) Hughes; his grandchildren Brock and Brittany Gerard, Dakota, Cheyenne, Caiden, Savannah, Noah Rose, Hailey and Hannah Hughes; sister Tanya (Roger) Green; brothers David (Cindy) Rose and and Daniel Rose; Mother-in-Law, Patsy Brown; a host of friends and loved ones; and his special furry friends, Roscoe and Popcorn. Allan has worked as a machinist for 41 years, working at Dayton Machine Tool since 1985. He was a model employee, an absolute pleasure to work with and one of the best machine builders in the company’s history. He had the biggest heart and was beyond generous. Allan would do anything for you. He enjoyed being outdoors often tinkering in the garage and fixing things. Allan enjoyed watching NASCAR, playing the guitar and spending time with his family. On the weekends he loved going to Menard’s, going out to eat and cooking Sunday morning breakfast. He is proceeded in death by his parents. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005 with a Celebration of Life Service also at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 10th at 12:00 pm with Rev.
