Billy Roy Helton Jr.

Billy Roy Helton Jr. age 60, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Embassy of Lebanon. He was born December 10, 1962 in Middletown, OH to Billy and Ethel (Tucker) Helton. He served our country in the US Army with an honorable discharge. Billy worked in Maintenance for the UFCW Union Local 75 retiring after 34 years of dedicated work. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Billy is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rebecca Helton; children, Nicole (Paul) Meinhard, Curtis Helton, and Cassie (Charlie) Fields; grandchildren, Tyler, Abby, Manny, William, Betsy, and Ian Meinhard; mother, Ethel Helton; special friends, Jerry Hudson, Jimmy Church, David Kinnison, Doug Holt, and numerous friends at UCFW Local 75. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill Helton; sister, Laura Miller; paternal grandparents, Willie (Nettie) Helton, and maternal grandparents, Corwin Tucker and Mabel Hollenbugh. A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005.
