Carol J. Lafayette

LaFayette, Carol J., 89 of Middletown passed away on Friday, April 30th at Hospice of Butler & Warren County. She was born on October 29, 1931 in Middletown to John & Zora (Blevins) Conley. Carol was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl (Kent) Sorrell of Lebanon and Karen (Kevin) Cole of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jerrell LaFayette, Jason (Ryanne) Sorrell, Katie Wells, Jessica (Ian) Greer, James (Ciara) Goforth Lyndsey (Bryan) Tschuor and Lisa Greenwalt; great-grandchildren, Rylee & Kaylee Sorrell, Tyler Greenwalt, Colin Greer, James Goforth IV, Jett Goforth and Nolyn Tschuor. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry LeRoy LaFayette; sisters, Infant Dorothy Conley, Mildred Sommer and Betty South; son, Jerry LaFayette and Grandchildren, Jeanette Goforth and Bryan Sorrell. Visitation will be on Friday, May 7th from 10-11:00 am at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue with Funeral Services to follow at 11:00 am with Chaplain Tom Myers officiating.
