Christopher Combs

Combs, Chris, age 41, of Middletown, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born November 5, 1976 in Middletown, OH. He was a manager at Speedway and Dollar General. He loved to play softball, wrestle with his girls and watch wrestling with his wife. Chris is survived by his wife of 16 years, Michelle (Gillette) Combs; children, Shayla Combs, Madison Combs, Grace Combs; mother, Vicky (Myers) Curtis; sisters, Cara (Dan) Wielgus, Lisa Taylor; brothers, Andy Helton, Mike Combs Jr.; maternal grandparents, Ross and Anna Myers, numerous nieces and nephews and very close friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Dale Curtis, brothers, Shane Smith, Donnie Bowlin; paternal grandparents, Whorton and Bea Combs. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Gracepointe Church of the Nazarene in Trenton, Ohio, 220 North Miami Street, Trenton, Ohio 45067. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6:00 pm at the church with Pastor Jon Young officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in c/o of Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home.
