Tutt, Cynthia, age 66 of Middletown, passed away May 8, 2019 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born March 17, 1953 in Petersburg, IN to Elmer and Jerry Allen. Cynthia attended United Methodist Church in Monroe. She was a secretary at Wright Patterson Air Force Base for 30 years. Cynthia is survived by her son; Justin Shultz; brother, Clint Allen. She is preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
