Daniel "Danny" Leach

Daniel “Danny” Leach, age 67 of Franklin, passed away on the afternoon of March 29, 2022 at Atrium Medical Center.  He was born to the late James and Lois (Braun) Leach on August 12, 1954 in Middletown, Ohio.  Danny retired from the City of Middletown, Parks Department, after numerous years of service.  He enjoyed being outdoors fishing, going camping, bowling but most of all spending time with family, especially his grandbabies. He was the Boy Scout Leader of Troop 16 and a member of Baptist Tabernacle of Carlisle.   Danny was kind hearted to everyone and never met a stranger. Danny is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Tonya Leach; daughter Danielle Leach; son Josh (Amy) Gibson; grandchildren Leah Gibson, Nathan Gibson; siblings Jerry (Kathy) Leach, Chuck (Anna) Leach and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, Ted Leach.  A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Ave Middletown, Ohio with a Celebration of Life to follow at 1:00pm.  In lieu of flowers family ask that donations be made in honor of Danny to the American Heart Association.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at bakerstevensparramore.com
