David Fordyce

Fordyce, David Carroll, age 77, of Middletown, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at his son’s home. He was born July 9, 1941 in Middletown, OH to Harold and Iva (Pieratt) Fordyce. He served our country in the Vietnam War in the US Army with an honorable discharge. He was a maintenance supervisor for Armco Steel Company for 33 years, retiring in 1992, was a 50 year member of the Jefferson Lodge #90, and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Right of the Valley of Dayton. David is survived by his son, David C. Fordyce II of Trenton; grandchildren, Hunter and Caitlynn Fordyce; brother, Dean (Rita) Fordyce. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Alice Rebecca Fordyce; brother, Dale Fordyce; sister, Joyce Fordyce. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 P.M at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Jim Winters Officiating. Interment will at Butler County Memorial Park.
