Denton William Hall JR

Denton William “Count” Hall, Jr. age 73 of Middletown, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his home. He was born October 18, 1947 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Denton and Blance (Rodgers) Hall. He graduated from Middletown High School. He went on to graduate from Miami University. He has an honorable discharge from the US Army. He worked for 30 plus years at AK Steel as an engineer, retiring in 2002. In his spare time you could find him on the golf course. He loved to play!
“Count” is survived by his wife of 52 years, Irene Hall, children; Steven Hall, Melina (LeRoy) House, Angela (Brad) Shaffer, James Woods, and Sandra Blanton, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, brothers; Richard Hall, Robert Hall, David Hall, Bud Hall, sisters; Patty Fultz and Sandy Harrell. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Mary Lou Woodard and Barbara Collins.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Baker Stevens Parramore Funeral Home 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, Ohio. Celebration of Life Services will take place immediately following at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Minor officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
