Evelyn Pat Moore

Moore, Evelyn Pat, age 95, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Otterbein of Lebanon. She was born February 21, 1922 in Columbus, OH to Donald and Bertie (Cardwell) Turner Sr. She worked in the business office of Middletown Regional Hospital. Evelyn was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ and the Smiling Grandmother’s Clubs. Evelyn is survived by her son, Carl (Sue) Schafer of Middletown; daughter –in-law, Cathy Back; son –in-law, Brian Stevens; sister-in-law, Ann Turner; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Moore; son, Paul Back; daughter, Connie Stevens; brother, Donald Turner Jr. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 10:00-12:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Sheresa Simpson – Rice officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
