Owsley, Harold Dean, age 86, of Middletown, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at his residence. He was born June 7, 1934 in Glo, KY to Newton and Gypsy (Crum) Owsley. He was a Foreman for General Motors for 31 years. Harold was a 60-year member of the Masonic Temple Jefferson Lodge #90, a member of The Supreme Council Thirty-Third and Last Degree Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, USA, Miami Valley Wood Carver’s Association, and was a Kentucky Colonel. Harold is survived by his children, Richard (Barbara) Owsley, Michelle (Will) Goffinet,; grandchildren, Julie (Chad) Klehamer, Danny (Aimee) Owsley, Patrick Conrad, MaryAnn (Mike) Diehl, Wesley Taylor; great-grandchildren, Raegan Owsley, Kindan Diehl, Mackenzie Diehl; sister, Betty Johns; brothers, James (Jackie) Owsley, Roger (Sue) Owsley, Steven (Jeanie) Owsley; special companion and friend, Betty Hammock, and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Owsley and his parents. The family would like to give a special Thank You to Melissa from Visiting Angels and Queen City Hospice for the care and comfort given to the family. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial Donations may be made to Queen City Hospice, 4605 Duke Dr. Suite 220, Mason, OH 45040. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM with Masonic Rites to Follow at the Middletown Masonic Temple, 1301 S. Marshall Rd. Middletown, OH 45044.
