Helen Louise Spence, 92 of Trenton, Ohio, passed away on November 30, 2022 at Carlisle Manor. She was born on July 4, 1930 in Bath County, Kentucky to Ray and Lottie (Staton) Manley. She was married to her beloved husband, George Spence before moving to Ohio. Louise was a long time member of Home Avenue Church of God in Trenton. Helen did one of the last walking census in Trenton. She was a homemaker but in her younger years, worked for Grant’s Department Store for five years and Diamond International for five years. Helen is survived by her daughter; Patty (Frank) Humphries, son; Richard Spence, grandchildren; Michelle Waters, Chris Spence, Leah Spence, Jill (Tom) Geswein, Tim Humphries, great-grandchildren; Bradley (Ket’len) Paynter, Laylah Hamilton, Ryder Hamilton, Rayne Spence, Cane Spence, Izzy Spence, Laynie Barnett, Trinity Barnett, Braxton Barnett, Emma Geswein, Ashton Geswein and Aaron Geswein, her siblings; Bobby, Roger, Mary Kay, her neighborhood grandchildren; Chad Grubbs, Marie Carozza Kehr, Jeff Reuthe and close friends, Neva South, Fran Wilson, Barabara Griffith, Gaynol Townsend, Mary Carozza, and Sabrina Spence; daughter-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Spence in 2005, son, Ed Spence in 2017 and her siblings; Betty, Annie, and Paul. Visitation will be on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown 45005 with Funeral Services to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
