India Ratliff Gregory

Gregory, India Ratliff-, age 93, of Middletown, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 at Otterbein Retirement Nursing Home. She was born October 2, 1923 in Wolfe County, KY to Walter and Etta (Robinson) Bush. She was a sales clerk for Hill’s Department Store for 18 years, retiring in 2002. India was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church and also Middletown Senior Center. She was a Conway Twitty fan and loved music and traveling. India is survived by her children, Dottie Barker of Lebanon, Reva (Tom) Owens of Middletown, Jim (Deborah) Ratliff of Knoxville, TN; step-son, Emmitt (Annabell) Gregory Jr. of Middletown; grandchildren, Kristen Roark, Amanda (Mark) Robinson, Kelli (Shawn) Watson, Amber Tillison, Chrissy Owens; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Renvil (Audrey) Bush of Campton, KY; sisters, Annette Collins of Springboro, Daisey Hollon of West Chester, Helen (Bill) Martin of Middletown. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emmett Gregory and 1st husband, Kelley Ratliff; brother, Remus Bush; sisters, Barsha Profitt, Olive Lawson; step-daughter, Jeanie Gregory; step-grandson, T.J. Owens. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Shawn Watson officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
