Jacob Alan Blevins

Blevins, Jacob Alan, 25 of Middletown passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 at his residence. He was born on April 28, 1994 in Middletown to John Blevins & Stephanie Kendrick. Jacob worked for the Labor’s Local Union Hall # 534 and was a veteran of the US Army. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and like to play music. Jacob is survived by his father, John (Frannie Baker) Blevins; his mother, Stephanie (Jim) Kendrick; sisters, Alivia and Jordan Kendrick; brother, James Kendrick; grandmothers, Jenny Blevins and Judy Armour and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, George Armour and Duke Blevins. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 6th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Avenue with Funeral Services to follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ryan Riddell officiating.
