Janice Ann Reynolds

Reynolds, Janice Ann, 73 of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, October 10th at Atrium Medical Center. She was born on October 10, 1946 in Perry Co., Kentucky to George E. & Pauline (Elkins) Farmer. Janice worked at the Middletown Regional Hospital as a nurse’s aide for a short time. She is survived by her son, Brian Reynolds; her granddaughters, Nikki, Patty, and Jaimie Reynolds and her sister, Paula Campbell. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Douglas Reynolds, her son, Doug Reynolds and her brothers, Don, Doug, Jimmy and Jerry Farmer. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 16th from Noon-1:00 pm with Funeral Services following at 1:00 pm at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel. Interment will be in the Woodside Cemetery.
