Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Gail (Shepard) Miller, age 50, passed away March 14, 2023. Jennifer was born in Middletown, Ohio, on December 10, 1972, to John and Barbara (Leimenstoll) Shepard and was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend.

Jennifer was completely dedicated to her family. She spent countless hours at sporting events for her son Carter and organized numerous fundraisers for the Middletown High School Athletic Boosters. She was a wonderful baker and always provided delicious desserts for every event she attended. Jennifer was a tireless advocate for all she knew and loved and will be remembered for her caring spirit and sense of humor.

Jennifer held a degree in marketing from Anderson University and was the Finance Admin and ISO Managing Rep at IVC Technologies in Lebanon, Ohio.

Jennifer was preceded in death by Matthew Miller (2021); her father, John Shepard Jr. (2018); grandparents, John Shepard Sr. (2010) and Alma (2015); Harlan Leimenstoll (2016) and Dorothy (2013); aunt, Carolyn Gunckle (2018); and uncle, Marvin Gunckle (2010). She is survived by her mother, Barbara Shepard (Bill Brinkley); son, Carter Miller; stepsons, Hunter (Kyley) Miller and Jordan Miller; brothers, Michael (Betsy) Shepard and Brian (Davis Dorrough) Shepard; niece, Evelyn Shepard; and grandchildren, Maverick, Marlowe, Onix, Emrie, Hea’Ven and Nylah. She is also survived by her cousins, Stacey Gunckle, Bradley (Shannon) Gunckle and their children Hannah, Braden and Ben, and many friends.

A visitation will be held 11:00 am-1:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2023, at St. Luke Presbyterian Church (280 N. Breiel Blvd, Middletown, OH 45042) with a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 pm. Reverend Dick Sedgwick will be officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.bakerstevensparramore.com.
