Joshua Ballard

Ballard, Joshua, age 39 of Carlisle, passed away Wednesday July 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born January 9, 1978 in Middletown, Ohio to Steve and Patricia (Price) Ballard. He was a supervisor at Magnode Corporation for 13 years. Joshua is survived by his wife Stacey (Williams) Ballard of 17 years; parents; step-mother Jan Ballard; his children, Sarah and Logan Ballard; sister Phoenicia Gibbs; grammy Phyllis Ballard; nieces Tiffany Orick and Caitlin Barr. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Herman Ballard and grandmother, Mavis Price. Visitation will be Monday July 10, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home 1500 Manchester Ave. Middletown OH. Celebration of Life Services will be Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Interment will be at the Fairmound Cemetery, West Elkton, Ohio.
