Larry H. Cooke

Cooke, Larry H., 63 of Middletown passed away on Thursday, October 4th at Atrium Medical Center. He was born on September 19, 1955 in Bean Station, TN to Herb & Zelma Cook. Larry worked for 44 years as a Radiologist Assistant for Atrium Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Janice; son, Nick (Amanda); daughter, Leticia; grandsons, Mark and Channing; sister, Cheryl (Ron); brother, Mitch (Suzy); nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws; faithful canine companion of 15 years, Buster and beloved friend of 44 years, Ezra Lee. He was preceded in death by his parents and in-laws, Arthur & Melba Stitt. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 10th from 5-8:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown 45005 with Funeral Services on Thursday, October 11th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Brad Mitchell officiating.
