LeRoy Lehman

LeRoy Lehman, age 77 of Carlisle, Ohio passed away at Atrium Medical Center Tuesday, September 28. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on July 19, 1944 to Francis and Mildred (Baker) Lehman. LeRoy worked at Armco for 30 years. He was a maintenance supervisor and instructor for apprentices when he retired in 1992. After retirement he continued working at Ohio Kentucky Steel retiring from there after 10 more years of service.

He was an avid bass fisherman, loved the outdoors, and traveling with his wife. He was a loving father, husband and grandfather. He was a member of CCTNT “Caesar Creek Tuesday Night Tournament Club”.

LeRoy is survived by his loving wife, Mary (Johnson) Lehman of 56 years; children, Michelle (Mike) Moore, of Grove City, Ohio, LeRoy “Butch” (Amy) Lehman, of Germantown; Ohio, grandchildren, Adrianne (Kenny) Albright, Madison Lehman, Noah Lehman, Nick Moore, Emily Moore; great-grandsons, Hudson Lehman and Roman Albright; sister, Margaret Buit; aunt Jenny Shepherd, and his dog, Abby, several nieces, nephews, and cousins and his “brother” Larry Ford. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters; Betty Doyle Simmons and Barbara Stoffle and Parents In-law, Joe and Mary Johnson.

Visitation will be at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, Ohio 45005 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park. The family request you dress casually per LeRoy’s wishes.
