Lemora Bethel

Bethel, Lemora, age 88, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born October 1, 1929 in Gilley, KY to Alex and Rania (Holcomb) Boggs. She was a perfume maker for Avon for 24 years. Lemora is survived by her husband of 55 years, James W. Bethel; sons, Joe (Barbara) Sparkman, Martin (Joanne) Sparkman, Stanley (Anne) Sparkman; sisters, Liza Eldridge, Ida Beal, Dorothy Hutchcraft, Gracie Lewis; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Linda Kurkendall, Sheila Cox; grandchildren, Chad Selby, Shane Sparkman; 13 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 11:00-1:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005.
