Lilia Phillips

Lilia “Lil” Phillips, age 75 of Miamisburg, passed away June 13, 2022 at her residence. She was born January 27, 1947 in Catarman Northern Samar to Pedro and Asuncion (Miraya) Anquilo. She loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren. She loved going to their sporting events and cheering them on. In her free time, Lilia loved to plant flowers, go fishing, play poker and go to the casino. She also enjoyed watching Fox News and Gun Smoke. Lilia leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved spouse of 34 years, Emerson “Pete” Tolson; loving children, Wilma Wendland, Anthony (Lisa) Wendland, Michelle (Richard) Wisecarver; cherished grandchildren, Susan Wendland, Aaron Wendland, AJ Wendland, Braden Wisecarver, Madison Wisecarver; loving great-granchildren, Jesse Wendland and Hayden Wendland, and one on the way, Harlow Wendland. She is preceded in death by her parents, and son, William Wendland. A Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 11:00 am -1:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00PM at the Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Griffith officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
