Lillian Smith

Lillian Sue Smith, age 82 of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Arlington Pointe Nursing Home. Born May 28, 1940 to Ted and Beulah Mynhier in Yale, Kentucky, she was a graduate of Franklin High School class of 1958 where she was a Drum Majorette. Lillian married Michael W. Smith, December 12, 1959. She was very active in the Republican National Party volunteering hours of her time. Lillian worked for the City of Franklin and Meeker and Meeker Insurance Agency until 1998 when she retired. Lillian is survived by her daughters; Shelly (Ted) Bray, Lisa (David) Chamberlain, sons; Mike (Catherine) Smith, Jr., Jim Smith, sister; Roxanne (Don) Magee, seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and her group of school friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson; Michael Chamberlain, sisters; Thelma Delores Mynhier, Betty Dellinger, and grandmother; Lou Ellen Patrick.  Lillian is in the care of Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home.
