Howard, Lisa, age 50, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at her residence. She was born April 28, 1969 to Jasper and Martha Combs in Middletown, OH. She was a homemaker and devoted mother. Lisa is survived by her significant other, Darwin Dalton; sons, Michael Combs and Richard Howard and grandchildren, Elijah & Evelyn Combs. She is preceded in death by her parents.
