Lois Amaryllis Burns

Lois Amaryllis Burns, age 94, passed away on July 9, 2021.  She was born to the late Chester and Wilma Brown on June 12, 1927 in Centerville, Ohio.  Lois was an active member in the community and worked as a Park Director for several years for the City of Middletown.  She also worked at the American Legion.  Lois is survived by her loving children Cheryl Wright, Cathy (David) Kling, Rick (Su) Burns; grandchildren Brett Burns, Matt Burns, Rocky Burns, Jordan Spence and Jared Spence.  She is also survived by her great grandchildren Kylie Burns, Stella Burns, Scarlett Burns, Charlie Burns, Michael Spence, Charlize Spence and Aiden Hall. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; son Rocky Burns; brothers John Brown, Glenn Brown, Loran Brown and Grandsons Shane Moore and Jimmy Hall.  A visitation will take place on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Baker Stevens Parramore Funeral Home 6850 Roosevelt Ave Middletown Ohio 45005 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 12pm.  Burial to take place at North Monroe Cemetery.
