Age 75 of Franklin, Ohio peacefully passed into the Lord’s hands on April 14, 2017. She was born in Loughman, Florida on September 25, 1941 to Helen (McGahee) Waters and R.B. Waters.
Beloved wife of Michael Perry and cherished mother of Sharon (Dana) Blatt, Elaine (Rob) Hoffman, Paul (Beth) Adams, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Stepmother to Nina (Tim) Bailey, Amy (Sean) Russell and 7 step-grandchildren.
