Patricia Tibbs

Tibbs, Patricia Sue, age 65, of Middletown, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 13, 1952 in West Liberty, KY to Mitchell and Hattie (Watkins) Brooks. She was a waitress for Bob Evans for most of her life, retiring in 2012. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Melody (Mike) Hurley of Hamilton, Valerie Joseph of Monroe; son, Scott Joseph of Miamisburg; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Jean Henry, Linda Snider; brothers, Mike Brooks, Eugene Brooks. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Michele Joseph and brother, Bud Brooks. Visitation will be held Friday, October 5, 2018 from 9:00-11:00 am at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Avenue, Middletown, OH 45042. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Dan Flory – Celebrant officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
