Penney Lee Adams

Penney Lee Adams (Hollon), 58, of Zephyrhills, FL and formerly of Middletown, OH died peacefully in her home on June 23rd. Penney was born November 17, 1959 to Plummer (Pete) and Bonnie Hollon of Middletown, OH. Penney was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and new grandmother who was known for her loving spirit and kindness to all. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1978. She was married for 28 years to Russell Adams of Zephyrhills, FL. She worked as a bank teller and then as a paraprofessional teaching special needs children at Woodland Elementary in Zephyrhills. Penney was a loving and devoted mother to her only son, Austin L. Adams, 27. She loved attending Austin’s baseball games, and was able to share in his lifelong dream of becoming a major league baseball player. Penney is survived by her husband Russell, son Austin and daughter-in-law Alexandria (Napolitano) and new granddaughter Gianna; her parents, Plummer and Bonnie Hollon, mother-in-law Claire Adams, siblings, Dana Wills (Barry), Greg Hollon (Janice), Todd Hollon (Lisa), Tina Sanders (Hollon), and Amy Hollon; brothers-in-law, Michael Adams (Carolyn), Stephen Adams (Lisa), and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 4:30 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005 with Rev. Chad Slifer officiating.
