Rema Fortugaliza

Rema Fortugaliza, age 44, of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away at Ft. Hamilton- Kettering Hospital on August 13, 2022. She was born to Henrito and Thelma (Belencion) Escote in General Santos City, Philippines on June 4, 1978. After graduating from college with a bachelor's degree, she began work as an RN as a dialysis nurse at Fresenius Medical Center. Rema is survived by her husband of 11 years, Mervin Fortugaliza; her dad, Henrito Escote; her brother, Alan Escote; her brother, Mervin Escote; his wife, Ann Escote; their children, Maxine Thea Escote and Matthew Hendrix Escote; her brother, Ronald Escote; his wife, Laila Escote; their children, Thelcy Naldelaine Escote and Ronabella Sapphire Escote; her sister, Elvie Escote; her brother, Kent Escote; his wife, Janice Escote; their child, Kirby John Escote; and very close friend, Marites Gredig. She is preceded in death by her mom.
