Richard H McCloud

McCloud, Richard, age 93 of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born October 7, 1926 in Lexington, Kentucky to Lonnie and Viola (Riggs) McCloud. Richard served our country in the US Army during WWII, was a machine operator for the General Motors Corporation for thirty years retiring in 1977. He was a member of the Miamisburg American Legion post # 165 where he also served on the Honor guard and Middletown Moose Lodge #501. Richard is survived by serval nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Ila (Shoemaker) McCloud; his parents; two brothers, Harold and Gordon McCloud, and a special dear friend Jane Shepherd. A graveside service will be Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Woodside Cemetery 1401 S. Woodside Blvd., Middletown, OH with Reverend Bobby Reed officiating.
