Robert James Evans Jr.

Robert James Evans, Jr, age 78 of Middletown, Ohio passed away Friday, November 11, 2022. He was the loving son of Robert and Lavern (Helton) Evans born on November 15, 1943 in Middletown, Ohio. Robert graduated from Carlisle High School in 1961. He married Mary Masoner and has been happily wed for 59 years. Robert was very involved in Madison Local School District. He was former President of the School Board, coached softball and basketball, and ran the clock at basketball and football games. He loved to go boating and fishing. Robert was a member of the Lions Club and Moose Lodge #501. Robert leaves behind his wife; Mary Evans, daughters; Cherie (Mark) Reedy, Jenny (Mike) Streibick, Jaime (Jamie) Peck, Beth (Rob) McFarland, grandchildren; Nick (Heather) Streibick, Samantha (Devin) Minges, Ethan McFarland, Hayden Peck, great-grandchildren; Audrey Minges, Hallie Minges, Elina Streibick, mother; Lavern Evans, brothers; Richard (Latricia) Evans, Eddie Evans, Marty (Debi) Evans, sister; Joy (Mike) Treadway. He was preceded in death by his father; Robert James Evans, Sr. Visitation at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home 1500 Manchester Avenue, 45042 will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2022. A Celebration of Life will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Germantown Cemetery.
