Ruby Colwell

Colwell, Ruby, age 71, passed away Monday, July 20, 2020. She was born November 3, 1948 to Shelly and Ida (McIntosh) Caudell in Owsley, KY. She was a Traveling Nurse for 15 years. Ruby is survived by her son, Chris Dougherty; daughter, Carla Davis; sisters, Cleo Bryant, Gladys Tartar, Jackie Tuner Rice; brothers, Elbert Caudell, Herbert Caudell; 5 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 grandson, and sisters, Dorothy Caudell and Janice Downs. A Visitation will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 from 12:00- 2:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005.
