Sally Eileen Hensley

Sally Eileen (Highley) Hensley, our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on August 31, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer. Sally was born on October 9, 1942, to Millard and Margaret (Leach) Highley. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy Hensley, and sisters, Linda Lee Highley, Phyllis Dalton, Linda Lee Sproul. Sally is survived by her four loving children; Penny, Christina (Chuck), Roy (Beverly), and Rebecca Hensley; grandchildren, Brain Hensley, Joseph (Samantha) Hensley, Justin (Kara) Hensley, Hailey (Jacob) Vera, Kasey Hensley, Charles Todd (Nina) Highley; great-grandchildren, Deliah, Raven, Natalie, Emma, Brennon, Travis, Addison, Billy. She is also survived by her brother, Dennis Highley (Kristi), and sisters, Margaret Akers, Carol Cunningham Cox (John), Debbie Highley, and Brenda Chasteen. Sally was a life-long resident of the area, having worked at Raymond Bag Company and later retiring from Middletown Regional Hospital. Sally will be remembered for her sweet nature, love of family, infectious laugh, fun spirit, and love of all things Elvis! A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Ave. Middletown, OH 45042. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the Funeral Home with Reverend James Dalton officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
