Collins, Shauna Lee, age 44, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1972 in Middletown, OH to Phillip and Saundra (Frazier) Spangler. Shauna is survived by her parents, Phillip and Saundra Spangler; daughter, Makenna Corynne Collins; fiancé, Nick Gallant; sister, Michelle K. (Mark) Fugate; nieces, Calli Fugate, Sofey Fugate, Olivia Fugate, uncle, Ronnie Frazier and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Jewell Frazier and Opal Riley; son, Phillip Collins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH with a gathering of friends and family for food and fellowship in the Community Room at the Funeral Home to follow.
