Timothy Wayne Sorrell

Timothy W. Sorrell, age 59, of Madison Township, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born August 19, 1964 in Middletown, OH to Curtis “Wayne” Sorrell and Patricia (Myers) Sorrell Peyton. Tim was a graduate of Edgewood High School and Butler Tech, a Water Treatment Operator for the City of Middletown for the last 8 years, a fire instructor at Butler Tech, and a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years. He was a member of The Ark Church in Germantown and a member of the VFW Post 3809 Auxiliary. Tim is survived by his wife Becky Sorrell; son, Brad (Kayla) Sorrell; step-children, Katie (Mason) Gray, Sarah (Kyle) Dankhoff, Trevor Konz, Delaney Konz; grandchildren, Mason and Emalyn Sorrell, Kalynne and Colton Gray, Grayson and Georgia Dankhoff; sister, Beth (Bob) Landrum; mother, Patricia (Myers) Sorrell Peyton. He is preceded in death by his father, Curtis “Wayne” Sorrell and step-father, Melford Peyton. A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave., Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, September 15, 2023 at 10:00AM with Reverend Ron Campbell officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
