Virgie Taulbee

Taulbee, Virgie age 94, of Middletown passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Arlington Pointe Nursing Home. She was born August 20, 1926 in Vancleve, KY to Everett and Laura (Hatton) King. She was a homemaker. She loved sewing and cooking. Virgie is survived by her children, Patsy (Truman) Holcomb, Nell Hatfield, Robert (Debbie) Taulbee, Doris (Ray) Sheppard, Peggy (James Cap) Rice, Lloyd Taulbee; 31 grandchildren, and numerous great, great- great, great-great-great grandchildren and family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 42 years, Menifee “Boone” Taulbee; sons, Eugene, Paul, and Everett Ray Taulbee; daughter, Dora Cornele; brother, James King, and sister, Mary Lawson. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the funeral home at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to Arlington Pointe Nursing Home and Hospice of Dayton for the excellent care they provided to Virgie.
