Yaretzi and Jayleen Medrano Ortega

Ortega Medrano`, Jayleen and Yaretzi, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital. They were born in Dayton, OH on Friday, June 12, 2020 to Rafael Medrano Osorio and Blanca Ortega. Jayleen and Yaretzi are survived by their parents, sister, Michelle, brothers, Ulises and Mahir; paternal grandparents, Rafael Medrano and Constantina Osorio; maternal grandmother, Dorotea Morales. They are preceded in death by a brother, Yaret Ortega. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Emanuel Freites officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
