Patricia L. Blake

Blake, Patricia L., age 72, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born June 14, 1945 in Middletown, Ohio to Glenn and Dorothy (Smith) Kennard. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Judy (Clint) Wells of Covington, GA; brother, Thomas G. (Monica) Kennard; grandson, Ben (Carolina) Wells, and great-granddaughter, Rylynn Wells. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 11:00-1:00 pm at First Brethren Church, on the corner of State Route 122 & 725, Gratis, Ohio . A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the Church with Pastor Bob Shannon officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
